Gym was good Staff were friendly Lodge was visually/esthetically nice Location was good

So many snagging issues with lodge: Broken door handle, shortage of cutlery, kitchen wasn't very clean, ice box was frozen completely, Venetian blinds throughout were faulty, hot tub needed a clean, water pressure wasn't very good, not enough space around hot tub, no where to store cover when in use, furniture in decking was limited
